US MENS OLYMPIC SLALOM TEAM WILL NOT BE TRAINING AT MISSION RIDGE IN 2010 After All

Wenatchee, WA- Mission Ridge has just been informed that the US Men's Olympic Slalom Team will not be training at Mission Ridge Ski and Board resort after all. Security has bee sited as a reason but no official comment is available at this time.

About Mission Ridge Ski and Board Resort Mission Ridge Ski and Board Resort is located in North Central Washington,
12 miles south of Wenatchee. The resort's winter operations typically run
from late November through mid April. Summer operations center on the Base
Area facilities for meetings, weddings and receptions. The ski area operates in partnership with the USDA Forest Service, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. More information about the resort is available at www.missionridge.com.
