Valley North Center is a 270,000 sq. ft. center located at one of the primary retail intersections in Wenatchee, Washington. Valley North underwent a complete transformation from an enclosed shopping center with a weak anchor-store mix to a lifestyle center that includes tenants such as Old Navy, Famous Footwear and Craft Warehouse. JC Penney completed an exterior remodel and expansion and Rite Aid has remodeled its store. Target, Applebee's and Taco Bell are located on freestanding pads.
