Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee
THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER OF WENATCHEE Playing host to everything from local performing arts and civic events, to national and international touring artists,
The Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee offers something for everyone in an intimate 535-seat venue. Our mission is to bring together leadership and resources to provide a performing arts center of excellence - one that inspires and educates our community, allowing us all to celebrate the performing arts! The Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee is located in the Stanley Civic Center at 123 North Wenatchee Avenue, between First and Second Streets in the heart of downtown Wenatchee.
Bringing Quality Productions to our own Backyard The PAC has presented international events such as the Moscow Ballet's The Great Russian Nutcracker and Swan Lake, national touring productions of beloved Broadway musicals such as The Music Man and Damn Yankees, cutting edge performances such as Ailey II as well as interactive cabaret and dinner theatre productions. Community Partnerships The Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee serves the community both as a presenting house and as a rental facility. As a non-profit organization, the PAC relies on business support not only to bring amazing events to the stage, but also to provide our community with exceptional arts programming and services. The Wenatchee Valley Appleaires, the Apollo Club, Wenatchee Valley Jazz Workshops and Music Theatre of Wenatchee are just a few of the local community groups who utilize the PAC's performance space. The Wenatchee Valley Symphony Orchestra will hold all of its 2011-12 concerts at the PAC.
Rent the PAC for your next Event The PAC also is a perfect venue for your next event or Gala. In addition to the stage and auditorium, community partners may rent the upper and lower lobbies, as well as the outer courtyard below the fountain. It's a beautiful space for any reception. Contact the PAC's Facilities Manager for more information.
The PAC also offers an Education Outreach Program to educate, inspire and motivate our youth through the performing arts. This program provides an educational and entertaining experience to students of North Central Washington introducing them to the performing arts. The Education Outreach program offers five matinee events per season at greatly reduced ticket prices ($3 per seat). The PAC also offers Summer Stage Youth Theatre to students ages 6 - 18. Quickly coming to be known as the area's premier theatre camp for students, Summer Stage 2012 will partner with Magik Theatre to offer four new sessions.
